    Swimming is a really good sport. It makes me feel relaxed. This sport can make me stay healthy and strong, because I exercise almost every part of my body every time I go swimming.
    Before going to swim, we should pay attention to three points. The first is to make your body in a better state. The second is that do not eat too much. The last is that you’d better swim with some friends. These can help you stay safe and enjoy yourself.
