　　First, mobiles make it convenient for people to keep in touch with each other wherever they are, especially when they have something important. Second, it reduces the cost as people don’t have to travel a long way to get to know the things in person. We can send messages by mobiles with little money, just 0.1 Yuan for each short text message. Third, we can also play games or take photos or listen to music on the mobiles, let we do many things on them with the development of technology.
But they also have many disadvantages. We have to answer the wrong numbers which are not for us. The radioactivity may do harm to our health. Sometimes the rings may affect others in public or at meetings
Therefore，as far as I am concerned, since cell phone’s use has greatly changed people’s life, it is now necessary that people keep their life going on with mobiles. People’s doubts and questions should lie in not whether to use but how to use it, which depends on each individual’s knowledge and behavior. My suggestion is that on the one hand, technology of mobiles must be improved to minimize its harm to human. On the other hand, apps and network services must be selected carefully to avoid potential distraction to people’s life. Last but not least, education on how to use mobiles correctly should be launched in all possible forms at all time.
