Dear Paul,

As is mentioned in your last letter, you are looking forward to visiting the 2010 EXPO in Shanghai and hope that I can find an apartment for you. Now let me give you a brief introduction to one with an area of 82 square metres ，which has one living room and two bedrooms. Located on the Huangpu River and surrounded by beautiful environment, it is on the 12th floor and only 20 minutes’ ride from the EXPO centre. More importantly, it is luxuriously decorated with individual kitchen and toilet. What appeals to me most is the clean and bright surrounding. You can rent it by day or by month with the cost of 80 yuan each day or 1600 yuan per month.
