A proverb says, ¡°Time is money¡±. But in my opinion, time is even   Ð¡Ìâ1:  precious than money. Why?    Ð¡Ìâ2:  when money is spent, we can earn it back. However, when time is gone, it will    Ð¡Ìâ3:  return. It is known to all  Ð¡Ìâ4: the time we can use is limited. Therefore we should make full use of our time to study hard so as to serve our country in        Ð¡Ìâ5:  future. But it is a pity that there are a lot of people who do not realize the value   Ð¡Ìâ6:  time. They spend their precious time smoking, drinking    Ð¡Ìâ7: playing.
In a word, we should form the good habit of saving time. Do not put off   Ð¡Ìâ8: can be done today till tomorrow.

Some students who had graduated visited their university professor. The conversation soon turned into complaints about stress in work and life. To offer his guests coffee, the professor   Ð¡Ìâ1:  (go) to the kitchen and returned with a pot of coffee and   Ð¡Ìâ2:  variety of cups¡ªporcelain, plastic, glass, some plain-looking, some expensive¡ªtelling them to help   Ð¡Ìâ3:  to the coffee.
Ð¡Ìâ4:  was when all the students had a cup of coffee in hand that he said, ¡°All the nice-looking expensive cups have been taken up,   Ð¡Ìâ5:  (leave) behind the plain and cheap ones. Actually, the cup itself adds no quality to the coffee.   Ð¡Ìâ6:  all of you really want is coffee, not the cup.You consciously went for the best cups,   Ð¡Ìâ7:  then you began eyeing others¡¯ cups.¡±
¡°Now consider this Life is the coffee; the jobs, money and position in society are the cups,   Ð¡Ìâ8:    are just tools to hold and contain life. The type of cup we have does not change the quality of life . If we concentrate only   Ð¡Ìâ9:  the cups, we fail to enjoy the coffee. I   Ð¡Ìâ10:  (true) hope that you will never let the cups drive you ... enjoy the coffee instead.¡±

You can¡¯t avoid a conflict(³åÍ») at work. If you can avoid a conflict, it means you will win what you want regardless of what the other person wants. Since the potential issue has not been removed, it will  appear later. Here are the necessary tips on handling conflicts at work.
¡ï Realize that some conflicts are unavoidable at work. On numerous occasions, conflict and disagreement are likely to happen. But when a conflict happens it¡¯s not the end of the world. On the contrary, it can be the beginning of an interesting learning process. Conflicts mean that people care enough to disagree strongly. The trick is not to allow the conflict to go on forever.
¡ï Handle conflicts sooner rather than later. Solve a conflict when it starts, as it only gets worse with time going by. Conflicts at work arise not from something that was said, but from something that wasn¡¯t said! Everyone¡¯s waiting for the other to admit he¡¯s wrong and gets more unpleasant after the conflict has lasted a while. It¡¯s essential to interrupt the ¡°waiting game¡± before it gets to that point.
¡ï Ask nicely. If somebody has done something that made you angry, or if you don¡¯t understand their viewpoint or actions, simply asking nicely about it can make a world of difference.  Never assume that people do what they do to annoy or hurt you. Sometimes there¡¯s a good reason why that person does what he or she does, and a potential conflict disappears right there. Do remember to make an inquiry, not a blame of any sort.
¡ï Appreciate. Praise the other part in the conflict. Tell them why it¡¯s worth it to you to solve the conflict.  This can be difficult as few people find it easy to praise and appreciate a person they disagree strongly with, but it is a great way to move forward.
