Today I was having a PE lesson while I fell down and hurt my foot. I was in
greatly pain at that moment, but I tried to act as if nothing has happened until
the class was over. Though I had difficulty walk back to my classroom, I
still didn’t tell anyone but even refused the offer of help of my classmates.
As result, the hurt in my foot became worse. Now I know I was wrong.
We can tell others our need for help and accept his help. Some day we can
not help others in return. In this way, we can get along to each other happily
and peacefully.

Growing up is not easy．Sometimes all that is need is someone to rely on．For many years, she was Mum．My mother was a career woman and has her own problems to take care, but when I needed her, she was always there．Her strength came from anywhere．I don’t quite know, somewhere very deep．She was so strong that she would never break down, even while I went to her with all my little-boy problems and shout at her．Her strength made me stronger and gave to me courage to try things other thought were impossible．A helping hand is always stronger enough to lift you up．

A few years ago, some tourists pay no attention to environmental protection．They threw waste things about, like plastic bags, fruit skins and waste papers．Sometimes they broke trees, picked up flowers and killed birds; some even made fires in the woods to cook for picnics．What dangerous it was ! Fortunate, great changes have been taken places here．All the tourists have got used to put their rubbish into dustbins．But they are making great efforts to protect birds and plants as well .They bring our own meals prevent any accidental fire．All these should be appreciated
