Have enough sleep. 15  Failing to get at least seven hours of sleep ap?pears to increase the risk of major illnesses including cancer, heart disease, diabetes and many more.

Get chances to communicate. 16  Any social communication can posi?tively affect our physical and mental well-being because we can have more time and chances to communicate with others.

Several days before, I went to have dinner with my father. We came to a restaurant and order two bowls noodles. We waited and watched as the people around us were all served their meals, because they came later than us. We were very puzzling and a bit angry. Finally, my father asked for the waitress passing by our table. "I know you're all busy," she said calmly, "so you don't mind that we send out for a pizza, do you?" Said nothing, the waitress smiled and went away. Our meals were in front of us five minute later.
