People can get many benefits from this activity. Firstly, the pupils can improve their level of English due to our help.Secondly, we can learn how to get on well with the pupils as a teacher while we can improve our skills of using English. What’s more, the burden of the society can be reduced.

My ability to write and speak English is out of question. I am good at communication and organizing and I like to help others.

My plan is that the students should talk with me at least five minutes every day in English and write three papers one week. I am sure that I am qualified for the position.
