I am terribly sorry to tell you that tomorrow afternoon I will be unable to meet you to talk about the problems about my English study, because I have to see the doctor on the same day.

  This morning, my doctor called me, hoping to have a face-to-face talk with me about the results of my health examination done the other day. For my health’s sake, I have to say that I may fail to keep my word. Would you please consider my situation and understand me?

I do hope to have a discussion with you, so I would be very grateful to you if we could meet on Saturday. I promise to appear on time.
