7、“Hard life is good for children”

Nowadays, quite a lot of parents are in a dilemma. On one hand, they want to provide comfortable living and learning conditions for their children. On the other hand, what worries them is that too costly conditions might lead to spoiled children without good qualities like perseverance, determination, and so on.

I firmly believe that hard life is good for children. Children from poor families are usually independent and have strong will. Hard life makes them understand that their future lies in their own hands. They are grateful to whatever given to them by their parents. They seldom complain because they know complain can only result in disappointment. Therefore, most of them are determined to change their present situation through hard work.

With the fast development of China’s economy, people’s living standards are greatly improved. However, I strongly recommend that parents should createchances for children  to experience hard life, thus letting them realize the importance of valuing the present life and make good use of every minute to be prepared for the future.
