The old box Brownie picked up for a few pounds in a charity shop was a splendid find. But the undeveloped   36   still inside turned out to be even more   37   a treasure.

       New owner Don Roccoforte had it   38   and was fascinated by the result.

       Only one frame had been exposed, a   39   of an attractive woman in her thirties with two young boys in the foreground. He   40   determined to try to find out who they were.

       Weeks of detective work across the Atlantic followed   41   the California-based camera collector   42   the news that left him shocked and surprised. The woman was his wife Jacqueline’s aunt in a picture   43   50 years ago, and one of the boys, her   44   .

       The couple have now   45   to understand the astonishing coincidence（巧合）, which leads back to Mrs Roccoforte’s native Lancashire,   46  many of her family still live. The camera was

   47   from a Salvation Army shop in Preston by a friend of Mr Roccoforte also living in Lanca-shire, who knew of his    48   in photographic memorabilia（值得收藏的东西）and thought it would be an ideal   49   

       Back in California, the contents of his new possession inspired Mr Roccoforte’s curiosity.
