【解析】

1. be going to 就等于will，be going to 和will后面都是加动词原形，故She is going to sing a song.就等于She will sing a song.

2. this afternoon是一般将来时，every afternoon是一般现在时，先将一般将来时中是will去掉，再找到动词原形to，we是非三单，后面用动词原形，故是go to.

3. tomorrow是一般将来时，由wil+do构成，now是现在进行时，先将be动词去掉，再找出动词原形play，即will play.

4. 划线部分意思是在六点，即是询问时间，用When提问，即聚会将在今晚什么时间开始，即When is the party going to begin this evening?
