    18．Coldness pays a high price
    Farmer John and his wife Molly live on a big farm．They hold pigs，cows and many other animals on their farm．There also lives a little mouse．
    One day the mouse found a mousetrap on the floor．He decided to warn all the animals of the danger．

    The farmer took her to the hospital at once．Later，when they returned home，Molly still had a fever．John killed the chicken to make soup for her．
    However，Molly didn't get well．Many friends and relatives came to visit her．The farmer killed the pig and the cow to feed all the visitors．
    The mouse watched all that was happening with great sadness．
