In the past, my hometown was very small. The house in it were very old. There were no factories or schools here, and the traffic was very poor. The villagers lived a hard life.
Now there have been great changes in our hometown. At present, people live in big houses and many people even have their own cars. Everyone takes action to protect the environment. The water in the river is clean and the sky is blue. The new roads are wide and there are a lot of traffic on them. Our lives are becoming better and be tter.
As a student, we can work hard now. And in the future, we can make our hometown more and more beautiful.
