    The highest grades of white tea，yellow tea，and green tea are made from tender （嫩的） teashoots （幼苗） picked early spring．These young tea shoots may consist of a single terminal bud （末端的芽），a bud with its next leaf or a bud with two next thin and long unfufied （未张开的） leaves．It is generally required that the leaves are equal in length or shorter than the buds．
    The more-oxidized （氧化的） tea--such as red or oolong tea--are made from more mature （成熟的） leaves．The Anxi Tieguanyin，for example，is made from one bud with two to four leaves．
    Not all high grade green tea is made from tender tea shoots．The highly regarded green tea Liu An Gua Pian is made from more matured leaves．
    Traditionally these tender tea shoots are picked before 5April，or the Qingming Festival．The standard practice is to start picking when 5% of the garden is ready，or when the tea buds reach certain size．

    However，an hour later，the gardener rushed into the room and reported in a sad voice that the dog was dead．The officers were astonished and their faces turned white out of fear．Immediately，they jumped into their cars and rushed to the nearest hospital．The doctors and nurses used pumps（吸物器） to help them get rid of the mushrooms that remained in their stomachs．Everyone had a hard time．
    When they returned to the police station，they sat down and started to discuss the mushroom poisoning．Each man explained the pains he had felt and they agreed that it had grown worse on their way to the hospital．"The poor dog must have died a painful death，"said one officer．"Let's ask the gardener how it died．"
    So they called the gardener in and asked him more details about Jimmy's death．The gardener sighed and said，"Jimmy was a good dog．It is said that a car hit him in the middle of the road．But I guess it didn't suffer much．It died the moment it was hit．"

    Thank you for all of the great gifts you give me this Christmas．
    My parents can't seem to decide whether you gave the presents directly，or if you just helped them and my grandma pick out the right presents．So，if you are advising her，please tell her next year that I do not own a Wii．
    I don't remember asking you for so many pairs of pants，but thank you for giving me the chance to try them on in the front of my whole family．I enjoyed them so much that I continued to wear them，with the tags（商标）still on．
    My mom and the holiday movies are always quick to remind me that Christmas isn't about the presents．It's about togetherness．But without the presents，there's nothing to do to fill up this long，long day．So I think Christmas is about the presents，and I'm sure you agree．
    If you do，I have some suggestions about ways that you could make the present part of the day last longer：using packing tape to wrap presents instead of Scotch tape（透明胶带）．It took，like，ten minutes to open just one present．
    My final suggestion is pretty simple：more presents!If it took the whole day to open all of the presents，then I wouldn't have that terrible time，because my mom says it's wrong to go play video games in my room，but there's nothing else to do outside of my room．
    Anyway，thank you again and I look forward to seeing you next Thanksgiving．It's an iTunes gift card for you and hope you like it．
