    I had a good summer holiday this tear. In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. But the most enjoyable thing during this summer was to swim with my brother. We went swimming together on a hot sunny day in the nearest swimming pool. In the cool water we cooled down our bodies and played with water. I also went to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer holiday. They lived in the countryside happily. The countryside was very beautiful. I did many interesting things there.  What a happy and busy summer holiday I spent!

We’re going to collect fire wood.” But he answered, “I don’t have a basket, so I can’t go with you”, and went back to sleep. On hearing this, the old woman got angry with Momotaro for being so lazy, so the next day he went to collect firewood with the other boys.
