I used to study in the Hope Middle School. The school was set up in 1984, when there were only 10 classes and more than 500 students. There was neither a lab nor a playground. Because of no electricity, we had to study by the lamplight at night. Although I spent 3 hard years in the school, I had a good time. 20 year later, I visited my school again. To my surprise I found the old school completely changed. There were trees and flowers everywhere. I felt as if I had entered a beautiful park. Every classroom was equipped with a color TV set. In the sound lab, I saw a foreign teacher giving an English lesson. In the lab, students were busy doing experiments. A modern library was being built. I hope that my school will become more and more beautiful in the future.
