    Firstly，before you get into a taxi，you had better check to see whether it's a licensed taxi or an unlicensed one．It's always safer to take a licensed one，although it might be more expensive．Then，you should look at the plate carefully and try to remember it （ so that the driver can be found out，if anything happens）．Thirdly，sit on the seat behind the driver，which is the safest place in the car．Finally，don't bend your head over your mobile phone all the way but keep your eyes on where the driver is going．If you find something wrong，ask the driver to stop the car immediately．
    If everyone follows these rules，they won't be taken in easily by bad drivers．

    4．About 21，000young people in 17American states do not attend classes in school buildings．Instead，they receive their elementary（初等）and high school education by working at home on computers．The Center for Education Reform says the United States has 67public"cyberschools．"and that is about twice as many as two years ago．
