One day，Jack and his father thought out a new way to make friends．They wrote a note，“We want to communicate with those who find the bottle．”Then they put the note into a bottle and corked it．So they went to the seashore．Jack’s father threw the bottle into the sea as far as he could．Suddenly they heard a sharp scream from the sea．The bottle just hit a swimmer on the head when he raised his head above the water．The man cried angrily and ran after the father and son with the bottle．Jack and his father had to run away as fast as possible．Such was their first try of making friends in a new way．
