下面短文中共有10处错误，每句中最多有两处。错误涉及一个单词的增加、删除或修改。
增加：在缺词处加一个漏词符号（∧），并在此符号下面写出该加的词。
删除：把多余的词用斜线（\）划掉。
修改：在错的词下划一横线，并在该词下面写出修改后的词。
注意：1、每处错误及其修改均仅限一词；

Many students feel it that a popular teacher must be kind and easy-going．He and she should make the class very active for joking with the students．However, the popular teacher is at same time the one who should be strict in students．Last year, my English teacher proved to be the more popular in our school．She was usual patient with her students and never made them disappointed．She always stays in full control of the situations．She always made sure that our homework was finished on time, but she marked strictly on student’s actual performance．

We'll never forget the day which my classmates and I paid a visit to a chemistry factory last week. It was a larger one with nearly 2,000 workers. It looked a garden and we could see colorful flowers, grasses and trees everywhere. We also visited some workshops and saw workers worked very hard. We talked with them and learned a lot. We understood them farther. On the way home we felt tiring. We all thought that we have a very good day. We really hoped that we could get more chances of leave the school and learn social experience.

Alexander was a military genius or great explorer. But he also had a great ambition. He wanted to rule a country that people could live in peace with one another. From 330 to 327 BC, Alexander led his soldier east, through Afghanistan and into Central Asia. As he travel, he built more cities. He ordered soldiers, merchants, and scholars from many lands to settle here.
In 326 BC Alexander turned south, into India. But by now his men were tired and weak. They were far home in an unknown land. The soldiers refused to go farther. Unwillingly, Alexander turned back. By 323 BC, he reached for Babylon in Iraq. There he caught fever and died at the age of 33. His country was divided between his generals.
