Smart phones had become part of our daily life. No matter who we are, we can see people busy play with their smart phones. Smart phones benefit them. They help us escape the pressures of life and get informations. However, if we spend too much time on them, we won’t have time to contact face to face our friends and family. And our life, study and work will hurt. In my view, we should limit to our using smart phones except for a purpose of learning. Last summer I go to America and studied at a language school. I had many wonderful experience，but I also had a sad one. One day，the school held party，where I invited to talk about Tianjin. Almost all of us heard the story "Here Comes the Wolf" when we are little kids. What we can learn from the story is we must be honest. Therefore, there're lots of case of dishonesty nowadays.
Being honest does great harm to other people or to yourself. Take the case of fake milk powder for an example. After drink this kind of milk, the babies had big heads while their legs and arms were still thin, what badly affected their health. I am travelling back with my parents from seeing my grandparents then it started to snow. At first, I thought it was fun and everything looked beautifully. The first ancient Olympic Games for which we still have written records were held in 776 BC. Coroebus won the only event at the Olympics. This made him the very first Olympic champion in history. Then they grew and continued to be played every four years. In 393 AD, the Roman emperor Theodosius Ⅰ, a Christian, announced to end the Games because of their pagan (异教的) influences.

Athens was chosen for the revival of the Olympic Games and the planning was begun.
The very first modern Olympic Games opened in the first week of April, 1896. Since the Greek government had been unable to afford a stadium, a rich Greek architect, Georgios Averoff, donated one million drachmas (over $100,000) to repair the Panathenaic Stadium, originally built in 330 BC.
Since the Games were not well publicized internationally, contestants (选手) were not nationally chosen but rather came individually and at their own expense. Some contestants were tourists who happened to be in the area during the Games.
