    In general，there are less job opportunities in small towns than in big cities．However，a great number of college graduates from small towns are eager to leave for big cities．They think there are more opportunities for them to find better job and make more money．But to my opinion，young people should stay in their hometown instead of go to big cities．For one thing，they can spend on more time with their family．For another，they can make contribution to the development of their hometown and try to start our own business．With their efforts，small towns cannot achieve fully development．
